Delivery And Shipping Policy

Ibhanan Namah is not responsible of any damage once the idols are delivered.
Once the material is shipped, buyer will receive the shipping details via mail an SMS. Buyer has to be on given address site to receive the order at the time of delivery.

In some remote areas and inaccessible areas, the buyer has to pick up the material from the nearest pickup point if the transport facilities are not available to that place.
Extra Charges may also apply to hard-to-reach areas such as remote locations and non transport locations. These charges will be assessed after your order is processed, and you will be contacted to provide payment for said charges.
If the delivery location is inaccessible in any terms, then the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be made within 7 working days.
All the materials are well checked and packed properly, any damages after the receipt of the idols will not be replaced.
Buyer can arrange self pickup option if he wishes to. Our team will assist in picking up the material from pickup centre.

Cancellation Of Order
​
Idol cancellation at Ibhanan Namah is allowed within 12 hours of placing the order.
To cancel the order, you need to call on +91 9869208869 or SMS with order number. Each order cancellation will incur 5% handling amount or Rs. 300/- whichever is higher. If the product has been dispatched to given address, total deducted amount will include the shipping charges as well.

Returning An Excess Ordered/ Wrong Ordered Item
​
To return the item which is not physically damaged you have to mail to us for return approval. When the return is approved, a credit note/reward points for the amount of returned item will be issued/given respectively that can be used to buy a new product. All shipping charges for returning the product will be incurred by you for returning the product and resending new item in lieu will have to be paid by you in advance.

Returning Defective Item
​
In an unlikely event that any ordered product from our site is not in a good condition or defective or damaged or packaging is tampered or different from what was ordered, the item can be returned, in its original condition with original packaging, bill, price tag intact. All shipping charges will be borne by us. Our executive will provide you a receipt when receiving the product and you are advised to keep it for future use. Exchange of the product will completely depend on stock availability.
All returns have to be informed within 24 hours of receipt of goods; otherwise we will not be liable for return/exchange.
Refunds

A notification will be sent to you, once we receive and inspect the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)

Refund will be done within 30-45 days from the day of receipt of your item..
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping
​
All the idols will be shipped within 5-7 working days from the day of order. All shipping charges for returning the product will be incurred by you, and the shipping charges for resending the new item in lieu will be paid in advance by you. Shipping costs are non refundable.
